A HELPING HAND to benefit the Nashville Red Cross

Jen Schults (from the Wild Flower Patch) and Betty Roberts (from Simply Betty) have put together this cool digi stamp set called "A Helping Hand". This set was created with the sole intention of using it as a tool to help encourage folks to do something to help those in need here in the U.S. With that in mind, they are donating 100% of this set to the Nashville Red Cross. Wow, I am so impressed by this.

There is so much that was lost here. The estimates have already surpassed 1.5 billion dollars. Twenty three people have lost their lives here in Tennessee. So many families have lost everything. Forty two of the ninety-five counties in Tennessee have been declared disaster areas. It is one thing to see this on the news, but another thing entirely to drive in a neighborhood less than a mile from my house and see people putting all their belongings out at the road for the garbage trucks to get. Thanks for helping if you can.

Hi Gina! Sure hope things are getting back to normal; and keeping my fingers crossed that it won't be too long before you are back to creating and sharing your wonderful work with us!

Big hugs, Pat

Gina,

I was so happy to see you left a comment for me. I am hoping that it means that you are doing well and are recovering from the floods. I know it will take a long time for a complete clean up. I have been through floods and a tornado and can understand how you are feeling. I hope to see you back creating soon.

Take care,
Cheryl
