I know when I think "summer" I think of water so I chose to work with this adorable mermaid for my challenge card. We hope you will join our challenge for a chance to win some Pholkart Blessings images of your own. My card uses the image Mermaid Girl and it was colored with Copic markers and some pearl paint for her necklace. Papers are from DCWV, and I added some little clear baubles that I bought at Michael's a while back.
