You're a Classic (inside sentiment). This is a fun set from Clear Dollar Stamps called Cruisin Classic. In addition to this image, the set also has the front view of the car and several sayings. I like the fact that you can put different sayings on the license plate. It is also great for making cards for men. I have a friend that I used to work with that was so upset when she found out she was the same age as my mom, so age jokes are heard often between us. I am a huge Elvis fan and so is the recipient of this card, so when I was thinking about colors for a classic car I decided mine would be pink. The car body is colored with Prismacolor pencils and OMS. The bumper is colored with that great Gelly Roll glitter pen. I love those pens and use it on a lot of things that need to shimmer. The image is stamped with Palette ink, paper is from DCWV. I originally had eyelets going down the other side of the image, but it looked like I put them on with my eyes closed and one hand tied behind my back, they did not match up at all. I was going to trim the paper and cut off all the eyelets then decided this looked like race lights; one, two, GO, so I left them. I like the horizontal stripes as well because it looks like the road ahead. I hope everyone had a great weekend and didn't eat too much candy.
