Crafting Group Thanksgiving Project

We have a monthly craft group that meets at church. The Ladies Bible Class puts together Thanksgiving baskets for several shut-ins. Our crafting group have been working on these stationary folders. Each folder contains an assortment of greeting cards: Thinking of you, Happy Birthday, Get Well, etc, envelopes and stamps. We hope that since the recipients aren't as able to go out and buy a card when they need one, that these will come in handy when they need to send a card to a family member or friend. We made a bunch of these, and you can see a sampling in the picture above. These were put together by a wonderful group of ladies, a big THANK YOU to everyone that participated. I love our monthly get togethers and we had a lot of fun making these. One of the reasons I am so proud to be a part of this group: while working on this project our group ranged in age from 9 years old to 84 years young! I think that is pretty amazing to have so many people coming together from such different ages and skill levels to create something together. I hope everyone is fortunate enough to have great friends to craft with. Thanks for stopping by!
